The U15 Shakell team started the season strong, going 2-0 during the first OBL weekend in Oshawa. The girls secured a hard-fought 50-40 win over the Nepean Blue Devils in their opening game, followed by a commanding 43-23 victory against the Scarborough Blues. They showcased their fast-paced offense and relentless defense, setting the tone for an exciting season ahead.

A highlight of the day was a team lunch at Teddy’s, which helped energize the group for the second game, where they delivered a performance full of key stops and clutch buckets.

The victories were a true team effort, with selfless play and contributions from everyone on the roster. A fantastic start to the year—well done, team!
